  • United States Marine Corp, Sgt.

    Co-Owner of Variant Consulting & Concierge, LLC. Forrest serves only as a board member at this time while he focuses his attention on his mentorship skills.

    Forrest holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Central Oklahoma. In addition to Business Administration, he has extensive education in accounting and information technology with over 10 years of Network Engineering and Cybersecurity experience.

    In addition to his work experience with Oklahoma Department of Public Safety and OMES, Forrest holds several service medals including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for tracking and restructuring budget spending pertaining to the tank training battalion for the 1st Tank Battalion in California.

    Forrest also served as the primary for ensuring rifle and pistol qualifications were met as well as battle skills training. This high achievement was presented to Sgt. Johnson by Lt. Colonel, U.S. Marine Corps Commanding Officer, 1st Tank Battalion.

    After his time in the United States Marine Corp, Forrest co-founded The Dolphin Rose Foundation alongside Angelica and Christopher.

    Forrest has consulted for several agencies to include Oklahoma Highway Patrol and various Higher Education institutions.

    In his free time, Forrest serves as a peer mentor pertaining to substance use disorders. He additionally enjoys spending time working on his garden, woodworking, or spending time with his dogs. Forrest also provides additional training to fire service personnel to ensure efficient SCBA training is acquired. Fun Fact about Forrest, he is a skilled motorsports professional.

  • Principal and Practice Leader

    Angelica Johnson leads the firm’s leadership advisory services. Specializing in behavioral neuroscience, sex crimes, and human rights. She works regularly with team members to ensure the readiness and capabilities of team members are always ready to develop action plans and prepare others for critical roles.

    Angelica has over 15 years of experience is child abuse crimes, child sex crimes, veterans rights, and behavioral neuroscience. Prior to Variant, Angelica founded The Dolphin Rose Foundation to help veterans and caregivers.

    A native of Mexico, Angelica has lived and worked in Oklahoma since 1996. She has graduated from several academic institutional programs to include Harvard Extension School, Oklahoma City Community College, King’s College in London, Oklahoma State University, Wesleyan University, and several educational programs to include National Criminal Justice Center Training for law enforcement and advocates. In addition she holds certifications for Human Rights, Victims Assistance, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Tort Law, Mental Health, Emergency Medical Services, Structural Firefighter, Neurodiversity, Active Threat and Integrated Response training, Child Sex Trafficking and Gangs, Impact of Genetics and Environment, and several more.

    Angelica has partnered with several agencies that include various Oklahoma law enforcement agencies and fire departments.

    A winner of several science awards including Oklahoma Women in Technology science award which opened the gateway to further her education and knowledge in Behavioral Neuroscience. She has received several awards for dedication and devotion to American Veterans as well as to child trafficking cases.

    In her free time, she volunteers with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and continues her education in Emergency Medical Services as well as Tort and Criminal Law. Past volunteer agencies includes Richland Fire Department where she served as a Structural Firefighter.

    While Angelica is an active practicing leader within the firm, her primary focus is based on a leadership capacity and works as a full time court advocate for a Domestic Violence and Sex Crimes agency in Oklahoma.

    When asked what she really does for fun, she mentions studying or volunteering. But her greatest passion is spending time with friends and learning how to ride a motorcycle. In recent months, she has partnered with several corporations to bring attention to safety in motorsports specific to traumatic brain injuries. Fun Fact! Angelica speaks 5 languages but will say she only speaks 3. Dedication and Loyalty are the foundations of how she approaches life.

    United States Army veteran. Chris has a primary role as a board member ensuring the future of Variant Consulting & Concierge, LLC follows the values of providing expertise services to veterans and caregivers.

    In addition to serving as a board member and practice leadership advisor, Christopher partnered with Angelica to create The Dolphin Rose Foundation in honor of his mother.

    With a decade of experience in Veterans Affairs PCFAC and Medical Support, Chris brings knowledge that helps provide better services to the military community.

    Christopher additionally brings several expertise solutions to the table to include strategic planning, customer relations, fundraising, stakeholder relations, relationship and team building, engineering, healthcare, and expertise in weapons security.

    In his free time, Christopher is passionate about holistic medicine and weapons.
